Use advanced reporting to
generate new tables and certain chart activity data.
We recently unveiled the new and improved Advanced Reporting feature! This is add-on functionality and is the first in a series of reporting functionality changes that will be made. A new utilization report is now available. This new report option includes the ability to display activity data broken down to the individual product type level (i.e., self-paced, custom, classroom, etc.).
Other highlights of this launch include:
- New sub-menus added under the Reports main menu for both Advanced Reports and Standard Reports.
- Updated Helper text on menu pages updated.
- Ability to display the report by Organization, by Group, by Subscription Pool, by Custom Field, or by Timeframe (i.e., month, quarter, or year).
Advanced Reports can be generated in two formats, both a CSV file and a PDF report, and saved for future use by specific administrators via the new My Reports page.
